Pumpkin Spice Latte Smoothie


This drink has everything you love about pumpkin spice latte, minus the dairy, artificial colors, flavors and refined sugars, plus a dash of Natural Vitality Calm to ensure you get your daily magnesium. Created by Leanne Vogel, holistic nutritionist and wellness expert, of Healthful Pursuit.

Pumpkin Spice Latte Smoothie
Serves 1

Ingredients

Smoothie
1 cup nondairy milk (nut, soy, coconut or flax milk, for example)
¾ cup brewed coffee, chilled (decaffeinated is fine)
½ cup pumpkin purée—not pumpkin pie filling
½ banana
1 tablespoon maple syrup
1½ teaspoons Unflavored Natural CALM
1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
½ teaspoon pure vanilla extract
½ teaspoon ground ginger
Pinch ground nutmeg
Pinch ground allspice
Pinch ground cloves

Topping
2 tablespoons coconut cream
Ground cinnamon

Instructions

  1. Place everything but whipped topping in the blender.
  2. Blend until smooth.
  3. Pour into your favorite glass and place a couple tablespoons of coconut cream on top.
  4. Sprinkle with cinnamon and serve.
