As an organic vegetarian parent- it is frustrating to see children denied healthy and fulfilling lunches. I have prepared my son's lunches for years for this same reason. What is really sad is the fact that other countries like France and Spain have national lunch programs that offer organic and vegetarian choices. I am in total agreement with everything you've said.
