I wish they would make a small pick-up truck or some kind of SUV, though. Only the future will tell. But for people to insist that these function with the use of 'little or even no fossil fuel' is a misnomer. Since the bulk of our electric-power generation is still with fossil fuel, the people who plug these machines in will still be using fossil fuels, it's just that the source of generation will be the place where the bulk of pollutants will be dumped. However I have faith in the ingenuity of mankind.... when there is a recognized need or a monetary gain, we will change and work around issues. I welcome plug-in electrics and plug-in hybrids.
