		<description>Well, I live in Québec, and most of our electricity comes from water and we are working on windpower plants, so I say yes to the Tesla all the way. I wish they would  make a small pick-up truck or some kind of SUV, though. Only the future will tell.</description>

		<description>I welcome plug-in electrics and plug-in hybrids. But for people to insist that these function with the use of &#039;little or even no fossil fuel&#039; is a misnomer. Since the bulk of our electric-power generation is still with fossil fuel, the people who plug these machines in will still be using fossil fuels, it&#039;s just that the source of generation will be the place where the bulk of pollutants will be dumped.

However I have faith in the ingenuity of mankind.... when there is a recognized need or a monetary gain, we will change and work around issues.</description>
