SO HAPPY to see this. I whish it was on the east coast. I had the very same idea because as a busy working mom, I love the IDEA of fast food, but will not take my kids there. I will be honest that it is tempting when you are on the run or when time is tight to make our own. I just keep thinking why not organic/natural fast food. Everyone I talk to just keeps saying it wouldn't work... but I disagree. I thought about contacting a chain like Panera, which is pretty close to organic and mostly all natural ... and really prepares food quickly! Thought they would be a natural fit for something like this! So happy to see it's off the ground SOMEWHERE! And, oh my gosh... what better way to help the local farming communities, eating local, spending money locally... love it!!

Another step in the right direction! I am not convinced I'd visit their store instead of making my own fast food at home, but this is really good news for people on the go, those who don't like to make their own foods, and the rest of us! I wish this and similar companies the greatest success!
